Tartine’s organic sourdough bread is an essential part of a healthy, balanced diet.
Our breads are based on three basic ingredients: flour, water and salt.
Quality takes time so our breads are made over a 24 hour period, from sourdough starter preparation to baked bread.
This long process allows for the protein of the gluten to be broken down and results in bread that is easier to digest and full of healthy nutrients.

RYE SOURDOUGH
